The purpose of the services is to provide a complete an independent technical, economic, financial, commercial and legal assessment of the proposed renewable energy (RE) projects in Efate and Tanna. This assessment will provide MFAT with a design for internal consideration of funding approvals and for subsequent implementation stages.
