The objective is to provide consultancy services to the Department of Resources and Development (DRD) of the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Chuuk Public Utilities Corporation (CPUC), as “Owner’s Engineer”, to support the procurement and supervise the construction of three projects:
i) Solar PV plant (1.05MWp) connected to the main CPUC’s grid in Weno island, ii) 6 solar hybrid mini-grids and stand-alone systems (solar PV + battery) in the islands of Udot and Eot and iii) 165 kWp Solar PV hybrid MV mini-grid (solar + 350 kWh battery + diesel) in the island of Satowan.
TTA services consist of providing support for the validation of design, call for tenders’ process, award of contracts’ award, as well as supervision of works and commissioning among others.
