The main objective of this assignment aimed to understand the local socio-economic context in Gabú and Bafata in order to characterize the energy and water services being provided and to develop a suitable tariff framework for both sectors. It included a public presentation of the tariffs study and a Proposal of Legal Framework to the national and local authorities and stakeholders, and other interested parties.
