Study and execution of two PV Solar plants for the Hospitals “Le Bon Samaritain”: 1) In N’Djamena, which includes 15 buildings: hospital, medicine school and residences, and hosts over 500 hundred people every day, a PV generator of 177 kWp and 115 kWh battery storage system, coupled to the national utility grid; 2) In Goundi, located in the South of Chad, dealing with an average of 300 patients per day, includes a nursing school and relatives come to attend the patients, thus total number of visitors can be up to 1000 per day, a plant of one 67,6 kWp and 176 kWh battery storage system. TTA’s services included design, engineering, procurement, commissioning, as well as training of technical personnel and final users.
– Adaptation and re-commissioning of hybrid power plant in N’Djamena 07/2021-12/2021:
In 2021, the hospital increased its power demand. A diagnosis was made to adapt the hybrid plant to the new energy needs of the hospital, namely the categorization of the hospital loads and their separation into critical and non-critical loads. After the adaptation, the hybrid plant was re-commissioned.
