The objective consisted of providing services to CPUC to review and complete households, businesses and institution surveys, technical site assessments and design of solar mini-grids for Etten and Piis Paniu Islands. Etten and Piis Paniu islands were surveyed by CPUC and analysed by SPC (The Pacific Community). Services were focused in refining the demand assessments, completing the technical analysis and the design of a mini-grid adapted for each island.
Specifically, this assignment aimed to the execution of the engineering design for the electrification of both islands, Etten and Piis Paniu.
