The main objective is to support the MNH and EBS in the identification, energy demand assessment, and technical basic design of mini grids to provide energy services in 14 communities in rural areas of Suriname. As well as assessing the access to water and telecommunications needs in a complimentary approach, and the nexus with the energy solution. Through access to these basic services the main objective is to empower communities in the development of bioeconomy activities.
