Owner’s Engineer / Technical Assistance services to PNUD and MTPTC to develop design and engineering of 3 off-grid hybrid PV-diesel plants (2 of 200 kWp and 1 of 500 kWp) and the distribution network, comprising: Phase 1: technical specifications, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), tender documents for construction and assistance for contractor selection, and Phase 2: supervision and control of construction and installation works.
