TTA was awarded by IDB a contract to carry out a Study on: « A Renewed Paradigm for Renewables: A White Paper on Renewable Energy for the Global Green Growth Latin America and the Caribbean Regional Forum (3GF) », May/June 2013

Xavier Vallvé, Mauricio Solano, Unai Arrieta and Kenneth Chaves of TTA contributed to this study which was the basis for the final report presented by IDB during the Global Green Growth Forum which was held in Bogotá, Colombia last June 18, 2013.
