Xavier Vallvé, Director de TTA, participó en este evento, y en nombre de IEA PVPS Implementing Agreement (International Energy Agency-Photovoltaic Power Systems), presentó la «Review of IEA Task 11 – PV Hybrid Systems within Minigrids», en relación con todos los trabajos realizados y completados que dieron cumplimiento a las labores del «Task 11».
