TTA is to provide full owner’s engineering services for the end-to-end delivery of up to five (5) mini grids under Vanuatu Rural Electrification Project II to the Department of Energy, Ministry of Climate Change of the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu. The scope includes the overall project management; selection of the mini grid locations; conceptual design and functional specifications; regulatory and concession agreements for the O&M of the mini grid; environmental and social safeguards arrangements; preparation of bid documents and supervision of construction works and commissioning.
