TTA in consortium with UK firm ECA (Economic Consulting Associates) and local partners launched work on this contract with a first mission to Nairobi in April. This contract involves consulting services and engineering to carry out studies, design and engineering for three pilot projects, including assessment of regulatory framework and execution strategies.
