The Workshop was attended by about 30 participants from the various institutions and countries concerned by the project. &nbsp;Jaume Serrasolses, Project&nbsp;Director and Unai Arrieta, style=\"text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Objectives of the workshop were:&nbsp; to strengthen the local capacity of the National Standards Bodies concerning the requirements on energy efficiency (EE) standards needed to establish the regional EE standards; &nbsp;&nbsp;provide the support and guidance regarding the opportunities and barriers with respect to the use and deployment of EE measures and RE conversion technologies in office and public buildings in the Caribbean Region; &nbsp;to discuss program implementation and share lessons learned among delegates and technical
